I also have the handbooks of most divisions bookmarked so I can switch from them, I am very helpful and almost never raise my voice if people don't get it. But at the same time can be very strict. I also can see eye to eye with most people if they don't agree with an action that I took and would be more than willing to explain to them my reasoning. I should also have this role because I am very polite in the way I bring bad News instead of just yelling/blatantly saying "You're Demoted". I am also part of the Civil Air Patrol, And have to do Realistic High Risk Entry Facilities (HREFs) Where you go in a warehouse that's setup where there are a random number of enemy combatants and you do a military style breach. [b]In which ways will you improve your division with this rank? I would be very active and be able to provide the server with more XI-10 that are decent at their job and will not fail, and if they do will be properly dealt with, I will implement a warn system/strike system, Where after for example 3 strikes, you get demoted or kicked out. I will also implement realistic military style tactics that are being used right now. [/b] [b]What are your rank tasks and rules?[/b] I would probably just implement the SCU/GENSEC Ranks, And "Borrow" Some of the stuff from their docs, And potentially rewrite the doc for XI-10 if there isn't one with all the rules. And create a training doc that nobody besides somebody with the link can access (Which will probably be the officer doing the training) I will also implement a "Buddy System" Like the military, Where you have a buddy that you have to stay with the whole time you're both online. This will not only hopefully give them someone to try and beat making them both better, but someone they can rely on and learn to trust people. Buddies will also be changed every week-2 making them used to working with a different variety of skills and people with different skills.  [b]Do you have any experience with this rank in other servers?[/b]  This will be short because I can't name everything off the top of my head but , Arma 3 and 2 I have been Commanders of 100+ Men each, I have been owners on many servers and lead divisions that had no commanders at the time. I have been MTF Commander/Lead on 3 different servers 4 different times (One server switched MTF's) One was Red Right Hand or Alpha 1, Another was the infamous NTF (Epsilon-11) And some minor custom ones. I have also been GOA (General of The Army) On 2 different CWRP servers and Fleet Admiral on 1. I also have a few people who if I could find them back up these claims, Some I can no longer contact. [b]Additional Notes: I want to give up Security Director as Captain Odin has done a lot of work, And I have been busy dealing with complaints over doing anything majorly important with assisting the CPT's. And since both SCU And GENSEC Have Captains and XI-10 Doesn't, I feel like I could step up and help. And Security Director is difficult with the amount of people who have small claims, And they all look up to me to solve them, and they get very offensive and harrasy like whenever I don't give them what they want.
